Please note that by applying as a DELEGATE for the Model Commonwealth Summit 2025 in Accra, Ghana (September 4-6, 2025), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are binding upon submission of your application, and acceptance of these conditions is mandatory to complete the application process.

Non-Refundable Application Fee

• An applicant registering as a DELEGATE must pay a non-refundable application processing fee as part of the submission process. 
• The application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Failure to be selected as a Delegate. 
• Withdrawal of the application by the applicant.
• Postponement, cancellation, or changes in the event date, venue, or format

• By submitting your application and paying the fee, you acknowledge that no refunds will be provided for any reason.
