Model Commonwealth Summit 2025

Join us in Accra, Ghana, for the Model Commonwealth Summit 2025, taking place from September 4th to 6th, 2025. This summit is a unique opportunity for young leaders across the Commonwealth to engage in collaborative dialogue and innovative problem-solving on pressing issues that affect youth and shape their future aspirations.

At the summit, we aim to:

  • Amplify Commonwealth Diplomacy: Enhance understanding and cooperation among member states to strengthen relationships within the Commonwealth.
  • Focus on Youth Mainstreaming: Integrate youth perspectives into dialogue and decision-making processes, ensuring their voices are heard.
  • Provide Networking Opportunities: Create avenues for delegates to connect, collaborate, and explore innovative initiatives.

Under the auspices of the Commonwealth, this summit highlights the important role of youth in democracy and sustainable development. Our agenda includes critical areas such as CHOGM simulation, mentorship and diplomacy programs, engaging youth discussions, and social networking events.

Application Non-Refundable Fee – GH₵ 150 (equivalent of USD 10) 

  • An applicant registering as a DELEGATE must pay a non-refundable application processing fee as part of the submission process. 
  • The application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
  • Failure to be selected as a Delegate. 
  • Withdrawal of the application by the applicant.
  • Postponement, cancellation, or changes in the event date, venue, or format
  • By submitting your application and paying the fee, you acknowledge that no refunds will be provided for any reason.

 

Eligibility and Application Submission

  1. An applicant must meet all eligibility requirements outlined on the website at the time of submission
  2. All information provided must be accurate, complete, and verifiable. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in disqualification without notice.
  3. Submission of an online application only guarantees the first step of your interest in participating in the summit.  This means you are making the commitment to secure an acceptance for the summit. 
  4. After successful submission of this registration, applicant will be sent an acceptance letter. 

Application deadline: 30th June, 2025.

  1. After a successful online application, the applicant will be notified within 72 hours of the verification of their application.
  2. An Acceptance Letter will be issued, providing further details about the summit (Background Guides), including the allocated country, committee and topics, regional bloc of representation during the summit.
  3. Further details regarding the terms and conditions for making full payment for the summit will be included in the Acceptance Letter.
